MacKenzie Falls in the Grampians is perhaps the most impressive waterfall in the entire area. It’s located about 30 minutes drive from Halls Gap along the equally impressive Mount Victory Road which winds its way upwards along narrow twisting roads. Blue Lake Mount Gambier
The Blue Lake in Mount Gambier is something of a local attraction for me as I grew up not to far away. As a kid and adult I’d visit to see the fascinating changes in the colour of the lake. During the summer months of December to March its a beautiful cobalt blue, while during April to November its a far less attractive grey.
