Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace Woodstock Oxfordshire

Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire leaves quite an impression on you and unknown to me before arriving it was also the home of one Sir Winston Churchill, these days its home to the 11th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough.

The mass of green grass that fronts the Palace left me thinking just how amazing parties on the lawn would have been over its history as the Palace looms over you. I could certainly see myself with a BBQ and a group of friends relaxing in the sun here.

Wow, gorgeous shot! I drove past the Palace when I was in England in February, as I was on my way to Warwick Castle. I’m thinking I should’ve made a stop despite the dreary weather!

Beautiful building. I’d hate to be the person who has to mow that lawn though 😉

Wow! So wonderful! I popped into Oxford last year but just for a quick sighseeing but unfortunately didn’t catch it up!

Wow, that’s a beautiful photo. That’s one great thing about the royalty in England – they’ve got a lot of great castles and palaces!

Nice shot! My favourite part about visiting any palace is wandering the back gardens! 😀
