Vegemite vs Brooke’s Parents

Vegemite vs Brooke’s Parents

The other week Brooke from brookevstheworld.com had her parents down in Australia for a visit. Along with the usual Sydney sights she told me at some stage vegemite would be brought up, so naturally I was eager to find out the verdict.

What I wasn’t expecting was this blog post that featured the blow by blow account of their Vegemite encounter.

After watching the video I had learn’t two things, Americans need better sewage systems if they are still using carts to move the stuff around and the second was that Brooke’s mum is awesome.

Check out the video below and then be sure to head over to Brooke’s blog and leave a comment for her.

With just over 2 weeks till I make for Europe I’m looking forward to spreading Vegemite across the palate of a few travellers and getting their verdict. Have you tried Vegemite? Are you willing to try it and film the occasion? If so let me know and you too can be featured on my blog. Let me know at my contact page if your interested.

  11. CORNELIUS AESOP April 8, 2010 at 6:36 AM #

I’m still hesitant about this vegemite, I know that it comes from beer excess and I’ve brewed my own beer and have seen the left over bits. Not too appetizing.
